Campaign Update
At present it looks as if the plan, EWLNA Recommendation 4, will be released around the final week in November and there may be another short consultation period followed by a final release in early January – holiday time.
Unfortunately, the economic woes may not stall the process as there is serious talk of “employment projects” for example the “susso” schemes (work for a box of food) during the 1930s Depression. Have a look at the Heidleberg Rd bridge over the Merri Creek
